The Sino Europe Logistics Park Venlo Region is located in the Southern part of the Netherlands. In this European logistic hotspot the biggest inland rail terminal of the Netherlands can be found: the Cabooter Rail Terminal Trade Port Noord Venlo. This terminal ensures direct and safe shipping from China to Europe and vice versa.

The regional development and investment company LIOF, rail terminal operator Cabooter Group and the China Investment Promotion Agency (CIPA) have started the Sino Europe Partnership. This partnership aims to provide a dynamic and welcoming environment to help Chinese cross border e-commerce, logistics and transportation companies to set up their logistics activities in Europe or to establish their business in this region.
We know everything about the availability of plots and buildings, and the associated laws and regulations of the industry. Based on our logistic expertise we can introduce you to relevant (logistic) networks in order to ensure that your company safely establishes itself in Limburg. As this service is free of charge, this platform is accessible for every company!
